talks of 'tough decisions' ahead

When Addie J. Russell was sworn in Saturday to the 118th Assembly seat, she said it was a day to look back on the successful campaign season and to look forward to the tough road ahead of her in the State Assembly.
"We will have a lot of tough decisions to make with the economic crisis in the state and the nation," said Mrs. Russell, D-Theresa, at the ceremony on the 11th floor of the Dulles State Office Building. "But I think we'll be able to weather this like we always do in the north country and come out of it stronger." Read on...
