An Oswego resident was honored Wednesday for years of dedicated service to both his country and community. Phil Pecora received awards from State Sen. Darrel Aubertine, D-Cape Vincent, as well as Chairman of the Oswego County Legislature, Barry Leemann, R-Amboy, and Legislator Lee Walker, D-Oswego. Read on..
