RUTLAND CENTER — The town of Rutland may not have enough money budgeted to support snow and ice removal services in 2009, according to Highway Superintendent Claude F. Phelps."It leaves me in a very bad situation. I have one of two choices," he said. "Either provide the services knowing that I'm going to go over budget, or don't plow when it snows to stay within the dollars." Read on..
