The hard copy of the WDT today featured some excepts of Managing Editor Bob Gorman's blog Rough Draft. We lifted this one because JD thinks Gorman is right on with this.
And for those worried about how the former GOP senator (Jim Wright) will work in a world full of Democrats, well, everyone might be surprised to find out that we are being served by big boys and girls. Democrat Assemblywoman Addie Russell sent Wright a handwritten note of congratulations, and Wright's replacement in the senate, Darrel Aubertine, was on the phone with Wright soon after, laying the groundwork for future endeavors.
